Engagement Technology Ltd, trading as Engagement Multiplier, is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 13943185. Engagement Multiplier provides employee engagement Software as a Service (SaaS) technology for organisations worldwide and has operations in the United Kingdom and United States of America.
Slavery and human trafficking remain a stain on our society and we all have a responsibility to be alert to the risks in our business and in the wider community. Engagement Multiplier is committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery in our business or any part of our wider community.
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and taking all reasonable steps to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any business or organisation that we have dealings with.
Engagement Multiplier has zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking and as part of our due diligence, Engagement Multiplier has in place systems to encourage the reporting of concerns and the protection of whistle-blowers. We also review all suppliers before engaging with their services to identify any risks.
The leadership team are responsible for compliance within their respective departments and in their supplier relationships.
All employees receive an induction into the business where our policies, procedures and values are outlined. Employees receive ongoing training relevant to their roles and as a business we conduct regular reviews into policy and process to ensure relevance.
Employees have a defined reporting process including through, but not limited to, Engagement Multiplier’s own secure, confidential and anonymous platform; to the Modern Slavery Helpline (details set out below) or directly to their leader.
